Monica is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of DECIDE TO MOVE. She is a 2X best selling Author, podcast host, speaker, trainer, and a Business Strategist, who work with clients who are ready to make a pivotal shift in life and business in order to make a more meaningful impact, increase their financial wealth and have a life of freedom all while avoiding trial and error.

Monica has a Masters of Science Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a Masters of Social Work. These degrees have allowed her to combine her passion for helping others find their authentic self, succeed, and work to their highest potential in life and business. She also incorporates a variety of special trainings; such as being a Certified Masters Level Coach, Hypnotherapy, Emotion Freedom Technique, Neuro-linguistic Programming, and Emotional Intelligence to assist in helping her clients.
